Red Square, Houston's newest weekly night to cater to Houston's goth-industrial-fetish scene, recently began its jaunt at downtown's Blu Torch. Blu Torch is a very nice club with several areas to lounge amidst posh and comfortable furniture, also bearing of a nice sized dance floor and a well-equipped bar that traverses nearly one side of the entire location. All of this is watched over by the sentinel of the Blu Torch herself, a very nicely formed statue centered behind the bar. It was a nice return to roots to have DJ Breye spinning his brand of our favorite dark dance hits along with guest DJ Recon.
